Megan F.   Barre
Originally from Connecticut and now a Tahoe resident, Megan made the move 6 years ago to the West Coast and hasn't looked back. Always an avid fan of fitness classes and their challenges, she discovered Barre classes 5 years ago through a friend in San Francisco. It was love at first class and the desire to grow and push herself began to form almost immediately.

The energy of the music, the group environment, and the ability to use your own strength to sculpt your body was something that made working out go from dreaded to exciting.  Moving over from the student side to the teacher side in 2013, has allowed Megan to share this passion with her students by creating an environment that allows for not only personal growth but also the chance to find your own love for the Barre.

Megan achieved a Bachelor's Degree from UMASS Amherst, majoring in Communication and Sociology. In her spare time she can be found enjoying the West coast climate whether it be Paddle boarding, reading a good book on the beach, or snowboarding.

Jennifer B.   Yoga
While training for her first marathon, Jennifer discovered that Yoga was a great cross-training practice, she has a slight addiction to the outdoors and loves to ski, run, hike and backpack.  Jennifer came to fall in love with Yoga when she discovered Vinyassa and Power Yoga, where some great teachers helped truly inspire her.  The mind, body, balance connection and a great way to "get in shape" really spoke to her unlike any other exercise method.  She then decided to quot;challenge" herself and go through the certification process so she could teach others her passion.

Jennifer teaches Power Yoga and Vinyassa and loves challenging others to be the best that they can be.  Jen also is interested and loves exploring adaptive yoga, she enjoys alternative ways to challenge and strengthen the body despite any limitations her clients may have.
